Function:
This machine is composed by machine frame, transmission, book presser, cam, side cutter, front cutter, book feeder, book arranging device, delivery, electric component etc.
Main transmission adopts fully rolling bearing structure and splash lubrication. Gear box is perfect in leak-proof performance.
The book arranging device adopts mechanical arm and assisted by transmitting belt, make book delivering stable and orderly.
The operation is quite easy: only to put the book into book feeder and all process is finished automatically. Book auto locating is precise.
The whole machine is obturated to avoid paper scraps getting in.
Foot switch for magnetic brake.
This machine adopts a quick locating knife bed on the front cutter. When fixing cutting knife, reduce the risk of accident.
A knife layer is fixed on the machine to protect book back from been torn when cutting.
