paper box forming and other actions are completed in one go, and the whole

Basic functions:
1.
Fully automatic feeding conveying section for facial paper.
2.
Hot melt adhesive automatic circulation, mixing, and gluing system (optional
glue viscosity system).
3.
Automatic conveyor and slitting device for hot melt adhesive tape, capable of
completing the corner sticking operation of the cardboard inner box in one go.
4. A
vacuum suction fan is installed below the conveyor belt to control the relative
displacement of the adhesive surface paper.
5.
The laminated paper and cardboard inner box are equipped with a hydraulic and
pneumatic correction device, which can accurately position and fit, with a
fitting error of+0.3mm.
6.
The paper box forming department automatically collects the paper boxes to the
forming department based on the paper box conveying situation above the
conveyor belt.
7.
The paper box forming department completes the continuous operation of box
feeding, edge wrapping, ear folding, and paper edge folding in one go.
8.
The whole machine adopts PLC control, photoelectric tracking system, and touch
screen human-machine interface to achieve automated production process of
one-time forming of paper boxes. Automatic fault diagnosis and alarm function.
